We are required by law to charge State Sales Tax to all New York orders.
*FREE ground shipping- WITH ANY PURCHASE OVER $75 within the 48 contiguous United States.
(*No free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada.)
We do not ship outside of North America.
After You Place Your Order:
Your billiard supplies and/or accessories will be shipped UPS / FedEx Ground or USPS. Multiple item orders might ship from one or more of our warehouse locations depending on availability.
Our Customer Service department will also stay in touch with you along the way to answer any concerns you may have and alert you of anticipated shipping delays.
We ship all orders placed before 1pm CST the same day, however shipping times vary depending on where you live. If your billiard supplies are a gift for a special occasion, please contact us with your request for a more accurate time estimate to avoid disappointment. Some items are eligible for "Priority Processing" and/or Express Shipping for an additional cost.
NOTE: An estimated shipping time will appear shortly after your online order has been confirmed. This order status will remain visibly unchanged until your order has actually shipped, at which time you will be notified via email. Products are shipped from various locations within the U.S. and Canada, therefore time in transit will vary dependent upon the type of item ordered and distance to final destination.
You will receive a personal tracking number from us via email once your order has been shipped (unless otherwise noted) for you to personally monitor its progress in transit. (Please supply a correctly spelled email address you check regularly for this service, order corrections, status and tracking correspondence in the event we are unable to reach you by telephone to avoid delays in order fulfillment. We are not in the business of selling addresses or sending unsolicited email. We value our reputation and respect your privacy.) NOTE: In some instances, you may not always receive your tracking numbers immediately on the shipping date. That doesn't necessarily mean your order hasn't shipped, it may just mean that we haven't received that particular batch of tracking numbers from UPS or Fedex or there may be a slight lag time in posting.
UPS/FedEx DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:
Under certain circumstances, carriers will not leave packages unless they receive a signed note instructing them to do so. If you wish delivery in your absence, please be prepared to leave a visible signed note otherwise the carrier may not assume responsibility for any losses incurred.
Accepting UPS/FedEx Furniture Delivery:
Consumers have a right to inspect package contents when receiving delivery from handler and refusing packages if product is damaged stating "damaged upon inspection". (Products are not shipped out from any of our warehouses with damaged, torn or excessively taped packaging.) If you receive your order in this poor condition, it was sustained in transit and not the fault of the shipper. If you are not home when your order is delivered, please inspect the contents as soon as possible & immediately notify carrier and MONSTERBREAKBILLIARDS.COM of any damages within three days of receipt plus keep all original packaging for carrier inspection and/or pickup, in order to receive a timely replacement. (Supporting photos by customer can substantially hasten processing time of damage claim.).
Back orders may occur on some items during heightened seasonal buying periods, therefore in the event any product is not reasonably available, we will contact you.
All of our Billiards and Pool accessories/products are guaranteed to satisfy -- BUT, if for some reason you're not 100% delighted with your order, by all means let us know... We aim to please!
